The curved stainless steel blade with serrated back allows for easy skinning of mushrooms. The mushrooms can be cleaned with the brush at the end of the handle. The stainless steel blade is carefully peeled off by hand. The finely ground beech wood handle is specially treated and water-resistant.

This knife comes with a matching case.
