The Gentleman's Stockman 3-Blade Folding Knife, commonly known as a Cattleman's Knife, features a clip point, spey point, and sheepsfoot blade.



The Stockman Series is Cold Steel’s version of the classic gentleman’s slip joint knife. It features a genuine bone handle and is finished with polished metal hardware. The stable handle is ideal for tough jobs, even with gloves on. Built in the traditional pocket knife design, it features three polished stainless steel blades: a clip point blade for piercing and slicing, a Spey blade for skinning and gutting, and a sheepsfoot blade to prevent piercing while slicing. It’s a great pocket knife perfect for home use, outdoors, or as a hunting knife.
