This food service inspired 4 inch blade is ideal for slicing and chopping. D2 tool steel ensures long lasting edge retention even with frequent use. Despite its size, the balanced folder can be easily opened thanks to the KVT ball bearings. With the G10 handle, the Strata Cleaver fits securely in the hand. The package is rounded off with a Deep Carry pocket clip, eye-catching brass PVD spacers and an arbor screw with a decorative ring.
