Kershaw Knives and Emerson Knives have joined forces to bring to market a collection of knives that unite Kershaw's precision engineering and Emerson's uncompromising functional design.

The CQC-4K folding knife features a drop-point blade that can perform versatile cutting tasks. The blackening protects the blade and ensures a glare-free surface. The front handle made of structured G-10 in coyote brown (earth color) offers a secure grip. The back of the handle is made of burnished stainless steel. To ensure that the blade is securely locked, the CQC-4K is equipped with a stable frame lock.

The CQC-4K can be opened manually using the thumb disk or Emerson’s patented wave-shaped feature . Thanks to this special device, the knife can be opened when pulled from the pocket so that the blade is immediately ready for use. A small wave-shaped projection at the base of the blade is designed to catch on the seam of the pocket when the knife is pulled, allowing the blade to slide into the open position. This quick-opening system is especially popular with military, rescue and law enforcement forces.

Thanks to the reversible pocket clips, the knife can be comfortably carried on either the left or right hand.
