Kershaw and Todd Rexford have teamed up to create a sleek pocket knife in a smaller format: this collaboration resulted in the Amplitude 2.5″. As the name suggests, this folding knife is equipped with a 2.5″ (approx. 6.4 cm) blade. When closed, it offers a compact size of 3.5″ (approx. 8.9 cm).

The blade of the Amplitude 2.5 has been heat-treated strictly to Kershaw’s exacting criteria to bring out the best in steel. The machine-finished blade surface and modern grey titanium carbonitride coated steel handle scales ensure a sophisticated look. The knife is equipped with a reversible pocket clip, making it easy to carry on either the left or right hand.

This small, unassuming knife features simple, clean lines, a drop-point blade and a soft, all-steel handle. The Amplitude 2.5 is equipped with the SpeedSafe® opening mechanism. This means that it can be opened with one hand using the practical, integrated flippers and is ready for use in an instant if required. The Amplitude 2.5 can be easily carried in any type of bag, briefcase or backpack, but is still very stylish for a knife of this size.
