The Cold Steel® Frenzy is a pocket knife developed by award-winning custom knifemaker Andrew Demko, based on the ancient Japanese Kabutowari , the so-called helmet breaker, also called Hachiwari . It features a strong spine, a thin blade, a sharp point, and a long, flat cutting edge.



The Frenzy blade, approximately 14 cm long, is made from premium American S35VN steel – a steel that guarantees excellent edge retention – and features a pronounced groove and a satin finish with visible polishing lines. It is therefore not only effective but also visually very appealing. And when it catches the light, it is truly beautiful to look at!



The 3D CNC machined two-tone handle is made from multi-layered G-10. It is slim and flat enough to allow you to carry the knife comfortably without adding bulk to your pocket, while its cleverly designed ergonomic shape ensures comfort and a secure grip whatever your grip technique.



The Frenzy is equipped with the innovative Tri-Ad® locking mechanism, offering maximum durability, reliability and safety. Offered here is a sleek and stylish giant folding knife that takes up little space in your bag, but proves to be a powerful force when you open it!



2018 Model - The Frenzy II with S35VN blade steel replaces the discontinued previous model made of CTS®. XHP steel (item no. CST-62PV2).

This is an extraordinary American super steel. CPM S35VN is not only extremely strong and durable, it can also be sharpened very well to razor sharpness and maintains this edge for a long time. With its uniform microstructure, this very fine-grained powder steel offers good and consistent properties: durable, reliable, highly resistant to corrosion, tough and hard even with finely ground cutting edges. A good, versatile steel for top-quality knives and tools.
