Engineer Jorge Umaña and designer Joe Flowers went all out and developed a patented locking reinforcement mechanism, the CondorLock system, which distributes pressure across the handle when pressurized. Featuring a carbon steel blade and Micarta handle, the Krakatoa is set to revolutionize the folding knife market.
