When developing the code 4® folding knife, cold steel®'s goal was to design an ultra-thin, feather-light, highly practical knife that was incredibly comfortable to carry all day long. The Code 4® folding knives are available in a variety of blade designs and are equipped with a reversible pocket clip and thumb stud. Each knife features a rugged, hard-anodized handle made of 6061 aluminum in gunmetal gray and a satin-finished, razor-sharp blade. It is also equipped with Cold Steel®’s world-famous Tri-Ad® locking mechanism. Equipped.

This is an extraordinary American super steel. CPM S35VN is not only extremely strong and durable, it can also be sharpened very well to razor sharpness and maintains this edge for a long time. With its uniform microstructure, this very fine-grained powder steel offers good and consistent properties: durable, reliable, highly resistant to corrosion, tough and hard even with finely ground cutting edges.
