Samurai sword in the style of Miyamoto Musashi



Miyamoto Musashi, one of the most famous sword masters in Japanese history, was of above average height and Hanwei's rendition of his daito (long sword) features the same impressive length as the original and the legendary double ring tsuba i>on.



The Musashi Katana features a tsuka-ito leather sheath, which is wrapped over stingray skin, as well as a black frame with a structured, durable saya . The blade of this samurai sword is hand forged from carbon steel and the edge has been hardened to create a distinctive line ( hamon ). The handle is securely attached to the blade tang with 2 pins.

To protect the sword, musashi katana comes with a matching cloth sheath and a Japanese sword care set.
