The D-ring is made of robust 8mm thick aluminium and has achieved a breaking strength of over 400kg in tests, meaning you can use it for many different purposes, e.g. for hanging equipment, pulling an animal or anchoring a dog leash to your waist. It can also be used to hang a tarp or hammocks.



Please note that the D-ring should not be used for climbing, as a serious fall can result in forces exceeding 400 kg, even if the person does not weigh much.
