Olive wood
Olive wood is characterised above all by its very distinctive grain. The wood is particularly hard and dense. For this reason, it does not absorb odours and is particularly resistant to cuts.

Care
After use, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not leave items in water or put them in the dishwasher. To prevent the wood from cracking, it is a good idea to rub it with olive oil from time to time. This also gives the wood its warm colour.
