Authentic replica of a Celtic helmet of the Montefortino type. These helmets have been part of the basic equipment of the village since the 4th century BC. Roman legionaries and were only replaced at the end of the Republican period by the so-called imperial-Gallic type Weisenau helmets (Gallic imperial type).

The helmet comes with a cotton padded inner cap.
