Solid replica of a medieval monkshood. This type of helmet was in use in Central and Northern Europe from the mid-14th to the 15th century. The helmet is made of only 1.6 mm thick steel. However, due to the reinforcement provided by the riveted steel straps, it can certainly be used for exhibition bouts. The helmet has a comfortable leather insert and a chin strap with a buckle.

The helmet is sold without a halter!
