The term mempo refers to a special facial armor worn by samurai in feudal Japan. This half mask covered the lower part of the face from the nose to the chin.



The leather half mask offered here has four ventilation slots that ensure easy breathing and prevent heat buildup underneath the mask. It is secured to the back of the head with two long, sturdy cotton straps.



Ideal for appearing in a larp as a samurai, ninja or assassin.
