When you finish the thousandth practiced cut, slicing through the air with a perfect shape, you feel a certain peace come over you. Practicing with your sword is like a form of meditation.

DETAILS

The original Epic Armoury Jian handle is a slender and elegant weapon inspired by Chinese tradition. The handle is sold separately for your DIY project. The small crossguard is 9 cm wide and oval-shaped, protecting the 13 cm handle, cast and painted to resemble realistic carvings of painted wood and metal.

For the most detailed Chinese-inspired kit, this Jian handle is our highest-quality kit due to its impressive durability and detail. Combine it with your own foam and latex sheet, while benefiting from Epic Armory's reputation for detail. Made from a polyurethane foam mold, this handle requires no maintenance.

Instructions for use:

Create or purchase one of our fiberglass-core foam sheets, leaving a length of core that matches the handle. Slide the handle over the exposed core of your sheet and glue it in place. Let it dry completely before using, probably after 1 or 2 days.
