From the bourbon barrel

The driftwood aquavit was stored for over two years in bourbon barrels from the Four Roses American whiskey distillery. Immediately after emptying these barrels, Holstein Spirits floated them across the Great Pond to the Elbe Marsh and filled them with Scandinavian Eau de Vivre. The typical caraway flavor that predominates in aquavit faded into the background during this long storage period and combined with the fine aromas of vanilla, nuts, and oak from the Kentucky bourbon barrel.

This transatlantic adventure-joint delight is pure happiness for the palate and stomach.
