Born in 1975, he wanted to become a robin hood from the age of 6. A sport fencer for 20 years, he has been working with medieval fighting techniques for several years, especially sword fencing. Sport combined with his professional aspirations at the time led him to a strong concern with the theme of the middle ages. As a hunter looking for fresh meat and natural ingredients, it made sense to explore the middle ages by enjoying food and drink.
