Our family is committed to refining and finishing the finest whiskeys, preferably Scottish single malts.
This bottling uses a lightly peated 2006 Secret Highland. The whiskey was stored in charred bourbon barrels for about 14 years and then placed in a smaller barrel made of American white oak. Finally, we let it rest for a few weeks in a red wine barrel that has been refilled several times until it absorbs the fruity notes and blends well with the spirit.
