Give Katana - Shuusui, Roronoa Zoro, One Piece
Katana – shuusui
This decorative sword was inspired by the shuusui, which the pirate hunter Roronoa Zoro (Japanese: Roronoa Zoro) wields for a time in the anime One Piece . The shuusui is one of the grand-grade swords, and thus the second rank in the sword classification within anime or manga.
It has a lightly tapered black carbon steel blade that measures approximately 27 inches long. Its tsuka is wrapped with black grip tape. Decorative elements on the tsuka and saya, such as the flower-shaped tsuba, are crafted from gold-anodized aluminum. The black-clad and decorated saya is made of wood and features a black sageo.
Story behind the sword
Shuusui originally belonged to Shimotsuki Ryuma , a samurai and national hero of Wa no Kuni . In this isolated island nation in the New World, shuusui is considered a national treasure.
Geko Moria raided Shimotsuki Ryuma's grave 23 years before the current events of the anime and Maga and stole Ryuma's body and his katana. His goal was to resurrect Ryuma as a zombie so the legendary samurai could fight for him.
In thriller bark , zoro encountered a revived ryuma, who had become a zombie with the help of brook's shadow, and fought a bitter battle with him. after his defeat, ryuma bequeathed the shuusui to zoro, stating that he was content with him as his sword master.
From then on, Shuusui accompanied Zoro for quite some time, including during his two years of training under Mihawk Hawkeye. During this time, Shuusui became his favorite sword. It faithfully served the three-sword wielder in numerous fights against increasingly stronger opponents.
During his stay in wano, shuusui was eventually stolen by gyukimaru , who brought his homeland's national treasure to ryuma's grave. In order for shuusui to remain in wa no kuni, kozuki hiyori parted with her own royal sword enma and offered it to zoro as a replacement for shuusui, which he eventually accepted, eventually parting ways with shuusui.
It is worth noting that this katana was designed as a collector's item or decorative object.
