Samurai sword in the style of Miyamoto Musashi

Miyamoto Musashi, one of the most famous sword masters in Japanese history, was of above-average stature, and the hanwei rendition of his daito (long sword) features the same impressive length as the original, as well as the legendary double-ring tsuba .

The Musashi katana features a leather tsuka-ito wrapped over ray skin, as well as a black frame with a durable, structured saya . The blade of this samurai sword is hand-forged from carbon steel, and the edge has been hardened to create a distinctive line ( hamon ). The handle is securely attached to the blade tang with two pins.

To protect the sword, the musashi katana comes with a matching cloth sheath and a Japanese sword care set.
