Instructions: Shinto light katana features a hand-forged carbon steel blade with bo-hi . The blade of this beautiful samurai sword has been hardened differently using a traditional clay-coating process.

The core of the tsuka consists of two pieces of hardwood that have been carved to fit perfectly onto the fishing rod. It is covered with two strips of ray skin and wrapped with high-quality woven cotton cord. The blackened iron tsuba features a finely crafted dragon motif with gilt details. The saya was made of hardwood, painted jet black, and fitted with a black cotton sageo .
