The Hanwei Galaxy Katana is a real eye-catcher, combining simple design with striking details.

The blade of the Galaxy Katana is forged from Wootz steel (the raw material of the famous Damascus steel), creating the unique blade pattern of this exceptional edition of the katana.

The tsuka was wrapped in black ray skin and then wrapped with a black tsuka-ito. The menuki incorporated into the winding are representations of the Earth and Saturn with their moons.

Seppa, fuchi, and kashira are made of steel and decorated with complex wave patterns. The shiny saya is painted metal and wrapped in sageo blue. Black koiguchi and kojiri nicely complete the picture.

Included in delivery:

The traditional sword care kit contains sword oil, rice paper (nuguigami), a soft cloth, a polishing powder ball (uchiko), a brass hammer (mekuginuki), and a blade for adjusting the saya. The set is delivered in a custom-made wooden box.
