Jyde mjød is the spiciest mead in the dansk mjød range.

This honey wine combines the sweetness of mead with Latvian Riga balsam. This aromatic and spicy bitter is made with 24 different herbs, including birch buds, valerian, mint, wormwood, calamus and blueberries.



Enjoy jyde mjød chilled or at room temperature.



To make honey wines, dansk mjød relies on old, traditional recipes with the addition of juices and herbs. Another special feature of many Danish meads is that fermentation is stopped by adding alcohol. This gives the honey wine an unusual strength, which is kept in check by the remaining residual sweetness and achieves a liqueur-like smoothness and balance.
