And it was this very warhammer that Lord Robert carried with him when Prince Rhaegar’s army met the insurgents at the decisive Battle of the Trident. A bitter duel eventually broke out between the two men. When Robert, though wounded, killed Rhaegar with a single, devastating blow to the chest, it ultimately sealed the end of Targaryen rule as well.

Important note: This is the second edition of this war hammer. While the first edition (long out of print) was limited to 2000 pieces and was designed by George R.R. Martin and was personally signed, the second edition offered here is neither numbered nor signed . However, the scope of delivery also includes a certificate of authenticity and a decorative wall mount.
