House Lannister (English Lannister ) of Casterly Rock ( Casterly Rock ) is one of the oldest, most powerful, and richest Great Houses ( Great Houses ). in Westeros. The Lannisters are Rulers of the Westerlands and Wardens of the West ( Lords Paramount of the Westerlands and Wardens of the West ). They ruled the Rock Kingdom for millennia until it fell victim to the Targaryen conquest of Westeros. The dynasty, which had fallen into trouble under the rule of Lord Titos Lannister ( Tytos Lannister ), was restored to its former glory by his son, Lord Tywin Lannister. The arranged marriage of Tywin's daughter Cersei to King Robert Baratheon secured the family a position of power in King's Landing ( King's Landing ). Cersei's twin brother, Ser Jaime, is a knight in the Kingsguard. Since
Cersei and Jaime's secret incestuous relationship produced three children together, who were passed off as King Robert's legal children and heirs. When King Robert died as a result of a (more than dubious) hunting accident, his eldest son, Joffrey, ascended to the Iron Throne and so began the War of the Five Kings...



This Lannister Infantry Shield Replica is a painstakingly crafted, officially licensed reproduction of the real-life prop from HBO’s epic fantasy drama television series Game of Thrones® . This collectible piece was crafted with the utmost attention to detail and no effort was spared to replicate all of the special features of the original prop as closely as possible. This large oval fiberglass and resin shield is decorated with a painted relief of a lion (the coat of arms of House Lannister), covered with black felt and fitted with leather straps.



This is a strictly limited edition of 1000 pieces. Each sign has its own serial number and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Also included is a wooden wall mount with slots that can accommodate most swords. This means that up to three of your favourite swords can be stored behind the shield for display (the swords shown here are not included!).
