- Brass blade clamp (habaki).
- The tang of the sword is kept especially long and is fixed to the handle with 2 bamboo pins (mekugi).

- Made according to museum templates.
Ten kei can be translated as a gift from heaven and is a symbol of the beauty of nature. Inspired by this, delicate floral motifs are reflected in handmade accessories.
The blade was hand-forged in the elaborate kobuse style. Here, a hard casing of 1095 carbon steel surrounds a softer, low-carbon steel core. Thanks to traditional, differentiated clay hardening, the blade boasts both hardness and flexibility. Like its historical predecessors, this katana uniquely combines grace and utility.
