Our "Kremper No. 1" - Holterdiepolter is a very special wine. This fine caraway schnapps doesn't rush down the throat to warm the stomach.

No, this treasure is first stored in an oak barrel for a few months. It matures peacefully in the cold, damp marsh cellar. But every thirty days, the light from Earth's satellite strikes it and increases its strength. Then it rises through the deep barrel to Krempe, to the market square.
