Roman Belt Buckle for Cincture, Brass



This beautiful belt buckle for the cingulum or balteus of a Roman legionary is inspired by finds from the 1st century AD and cast in 2mm thick brass. To attach it to a belt, holes must first be drilled in the movable belt plate, as it is not pre-drilled.



The brass buckle is ideal for constructing your own belts and is also ideal as a replacement part for existing Roman or legionary belts. It can be combined particularly well with our Vindonissa Pugio holder (item no. 1616757100) and our Loba belt plate (item no. 1616757300). Delivery is without mounting material.
