Hanwei short axes are replicas of Viking Age weapons. Each axe has a forged head and a hardened edge and is built to safely serve as a throwing axe. They are perfectly balanced, fully functional, and approved for competition.

This short Viking axe was suitable for use both on the farm and on the battlefield. It was an excellent weapon in close combat, yet was still light enough to be used as a throwing axe if necessary.
