With its long, straight handle and narrow, straight edge, the Stålberg carpenter's axe offers excellent precision. The finger notch in the axe head allows a firm grip on the center of the edge for greater precision. As with all Hultafors axes, the Stålberg is hand-forged and made from high-quality Swedish steel.

This axe is named after one of the most experienced Hults Bruk blacksmiths of the first half of the 20th century, Ernst Stålberg.
