Your kin laugh and relish the harsh seas as the hostile terrain feels like home. Running a finger along the jagged edge of the axe, you smile at the memory of how you slew your enemies in a blood-fueled rage. You look up, a moment before taking a deep breath, and go to war.

DETAILS

The Epic Armoury Chaos Axe is a deadly and menacing 110cm two-handed axe designed for the brutal, barbaric bruiser. It features a 32cm long axe blade with detailing that makes it look battered, used, and brutal—an excellent companion piece for your less-than-cheerful fighter or bloodthirsty barbarian at your next LARP. The head is hand-painted to look like real metal, adorned with gold and notches in the steel to emphasize the used aesthetic, and is made of soft, safety-safe foam. The sharpened head is affixed to the hand-painted shaft. The 37cm handle at the end of the Chaos Axe is wrapped in suede leather for both appearance and comfort.

Made from durable closed-cell foam around a solid 10mm fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, your new LARP axe will give you the safety and appeal you want when creating your next LARP character.

HISTORY

• The first handled axe was created approximately 6,000 BC using birch tar and rawhide lashings to secure the blade to its handle.
• Many battle axes also served as tools and were cheaper to make than swords.
• Axes are still very prevalent today and are one of the most common tools found in most homes around the world.
