It features a blade approximately 12 inches long with a narrow point that facilitates piercing.

Stainless steel 4034ss

A mid-range stainless steel from Japan whose high chromium content ensures remarkable corrosion resistance. This steel is also relatively easy to grind and has relatively good wear resistance. It is often used for kitchen knives/cutlery or for smaller knives that are generally of good quality but still offer a low price.
