DETAILS

The Dark Elven Glaive from Epic Armoury is a weapon designed specifically for the Dark Elven collection. This 190cm glaive features a finely sculpted double-edged blade with a deep embossing. Spine-like spikes add to the blade's bony appearance, along with hand-sculpted and painted details. The shaft is a smooth, 90cm-long stick with a dark wood-like finish.

Made from durable closed-cell foam around a solid fiberglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can be sure that your LARP weapon will provide the security and appeal you desire when creating your battlefield kit.

INSPIRATION

• A fuller groove, or the groove that runs the entire length of the blade, was added to the weapons to lighten the blade while also adding structural strength.
• The dark elves were first mentioned in Norse mythology as the Dökkálfar or Svartálfar written in the Prose Edda in the 13th century.
