This beautiful, high-quality Viking arm warmer is made of sturdy, vegetable-tanned and dyed leather. For optimal comfort, the interior is lined with soft suede. The arm guard is lined with round pins and antique-finished brass eyelets and comes with a sturdy leather strap to individually tie to the wrist.



Two riveted birds (also made of antique-finished brass) decorate the centre of the bracelet. The pair of birds is a beautiful representation of Odin's two messenger ravens, Hugin and Munin (or Huginn and Muninn), which are a recurring motif in Celtic and Viking art. In Norse mythology, ravens fly over Asgard and Midgard and return in the evening to the father of the gods (also called Hrafnáss , the raven god) to tell him everything they have seen and heard.
