Greaves Squire
DescriptionAs a squire, you must wake up with the sun to prepare for your training. You are responsible for your master, as well as your additional duties, and only after the morning water has been boiled and you have prepared your master's clothing and armor, may you begin your exercises.
The armor you have, a pair of squire's greaves, is easy enough to use while you practice your sword movements. One day you will be a fearsome knight. For now, you must keep working hard.
DETAILS
Epic Armoury's Squire's Greaves are a pair of sturdy leg guards designed to protect the shins during combat. Made from four thick plates of full-grain leather held together by sturdy leather lacing, these greaves have great structural strength to last a long time and resist deformation. Comfort is also important, as these greaves feature a soft split leather lining against your skin on the inside.
Secure these greaves to your leg by adjusting the leather lacing to the desired tension. The style is timeless and subdued, and it's fully compatible with other Epic Armory leather and metal armor, giving you the freedom to customize your costume.
Available in black and brown, and in small, medium, and large sizes.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay supple and increase their lifespan. Make sure your leather products stay dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dries frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax into the leather in circles. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
