This large spearhead or lance point is made of heat treated EN45 carbon steel and is suitable for Viking and medieval settings (10th/11th century - type K/M according to Petersen).



It measures approximately 52cm in length, has cutting edges approximately 29cm long and the blade, which tapers sharply from a broad base to a long, narrow tip, is reinforced with a distinctive midrib to ensure extra stability and increased penetrating power. Two holes allow it to be mounted on a wooden handle of your choice to create your own medieval/Viking age spear or lance. Delivery is without shaft and without fixing material.



Alternatively, collectors can also purchase our wooden spearhead stand (sold separately, item number 1816375000) to stylishly display their treasures in their armory.



Please note that this spearhead was primarily designed as a collector's item, decorative item or accessory and is not suitable for display combat! The tip of the blade is not rounded and the edges are not sharpened but ground (with proper equipment and practical experience they can be sharpened if necessary).

The steel used here is not stainless and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend taking care of the spearhead periodically, for example with Ballistol, a universal oil ideal for preserving steel products.
