Enjoy Gokudo Aikuchi, Battle Swords

Gokudo aikuchi, battleblades
The Aikuchi short sword
One of the finest hand forged swords from battleblades.
The stunning Gokudo Aikuchi is a compact one-handed Shirasaya short sword that combines the impeccable aesthetics of Japanese sword art with absolute performance.
From the initial sketch to forging, creating this weapon was a time-consuming task. Battleblades' goal was to forge a sharp, perfectly balanced sword with high cutting power and impeccable handling. The sori (curvature of the blade), the wide motohaba, and the generous kissaki were carefully planned and implemented throughout this process.
Polished and sharpened Aikuchi sword
Hand-forged entirely from T10 steel, the Nagasa has been polished and hazuya-honed. It's all complemented by an attractive shinogi line, an extra-long kissaki, and a hamon created by hardening in a layer of clay. The result is one of the finest samurai swords Battleblades has ever forged.
The hardwood tsuka is covered with black Samegawa ray skin and decorated on both sides with specially made silver menuki. A carefully fitted, custom-made copper habaki creates a stunning appearance.
The custom-made wooden saya features unique kojiri, kurikata, and koikuchi made from genuine buffalo horn. Beneath the high-quality silk sageo, the saya is covered with Samegawa ray skin. For added elegance, it was painted entirely black.
The Gokudo Aikuchi is a masterpiece that won't disappoint. The samurai sword comes with a Battleblades Inc. embroidered silk pouch and a serial-numbered certificate of authenticity.
