We brewers love hops. What could be more natural than turning them into the most striking botanical in our gin?
Its aromatic magic harmonizes perfectly with the bitter sweetness of juniper and the citrus and floral notes of the rest of the additions.

The entire bottle is decorated with a Cascade umbel from the Wacken Brewery hop garden, which tirelessly continues to release its aroma into the gin.

In collaboration between the Wacken brewery and the Holsteiner Geists spirits manufacturer, this hop gin was created using the original Wacken hop umbel.
