Epic Armory Protection Gel is used for the maintenance of foam weapons and equipment for Live Action Role Playing games covered with latex and/or varnish, and for reducing striking friction on weapons. Epic Armory Protection Gel has a high viscosity (350 MPH), which means it has a thicker consistency and can therefore offer a thicker coat than a liquid solution. The Protection Gel has been specially developed for the Stronghold Master collection. This makes it ideal for striking surfaces such as axes, swords, or shields for live action role-playing weapons. A coat of Protection Gel will protect against heat and sunlight and prevent the latex from drying out, while also reducing friction and preserving details such as shape and paint.

How to use:

Latex equipment should always be coated with a thin layer of silicone. This prevents surfaces from drying out and will prolong the life of your latex equipment. It also helps reduce friction, preserving the color and shape of your sheet edges. Always check your latex equipment before and after use. Apply Protective Gel to a cloth or directly onto your latex product and spread it over the entire surface (avoiding leather handles) with either a cloth or a handkerchief. If necessary, wipe off excess with a dry cotton cloth. Always store your latex equipment in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
