Elven Sheath Hook
DescriptionYou wake up from a terrible nightmare. You were traveling through the ancient forest, hunting an orc tribe that was raiding your land. You and your fellow explorer were discovered by the enemy... but when you searched for your sword, you discovered it was missing!
Phew. Fortunately, it was just a dream. After all, you have an elven sheath hook. Your sword will always be safe on your belt.
DETAILS
The Epic Black Elven Holster Hook from Epic Armoury is a clever tool that prevents your latex Elven sword from falling through your weapon rest. Epic Armory Elven swords are designed without crossguards for a sleek look, which can make it difficult to stay in your sword rest or frog . We created the Elven Holster Hook as a simple solution. Simply tie the holster hook around the hilt of your weapon and you’ll find that it will now rest inside its rest like any normal sword without sacrificing your weapon’s unique look.
Made of durable black leather and leather cord stitching, this hook is designed to maintain its shape and withstand the abuse of a LARP with regular leather care. With a sleek appearance, it will pair beautifully with any Elven or Imperial weapon. Pair it with one of our unguarded swords, or with a weapon that has a nasty habit of slipping free from your belt.
Available in Epic Black and Brown.

Maintenance
Natural leather products are very durable, but they require regular maintenance. Use leather care products to keep them supple and increase their lifespan. Make sure your leather products stay dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating it. If it gets wet and dries frequently, increase the frequency of maintenance.
Cleaning
Clean by removing dirt with a stiff brush, then gently rub leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather looks clean. Remove the soap with a separate damp cloth to clean any soap residue, and then use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water from the leather.
Conditioning
You should always condition leather after cleaning it, as the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax using a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or wax into the leather in circles. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping it with a final clean cloth to remove excess residue.
