Get Francisca Throwing Axe, Condor
Francisca throwing axe, condor
The Franziska, named for its Franconian origins, was used by the Franks as a throwing and melee weapon. The elegant form of this axe is legendary, and its raised top point and downward-curving edge were equally capable of penetrating mail armour. Like the originals, the shaft is also slightly curved backwards to increase the chance of the axe getting stuck when thrown.
