Medieval lantern made of wood with rawhide

A very beautiful and authentic replica of a medieval wooden lamp, made of wood with genuine rawhide (parchment) made of fine leather. The lamp consists of two hexagonal wooden panels connected by rods. The candle, or rather the drip tray on which the candle is placed, is raised with a wooden stick and can therefore be easily replaced and lit. A very clever patent that was already in use in the Middle Ages.

This lamp is ideal for recreational use, but is also suitable for your home garden. The lamp has a steel carrying handle.
