Treat Yourself to a Scottish Hindsword with a Basket Vessel
Scottish sword with basket hilt
Note: This basket-hilt sword is a replica of an original sword in the British Royal Armoury collection, dated around 1760. The original sword's blade was most likely made in Germany a century earlier and then fitted with a more modern basket-hilt handle. This Scottish sword features an unusual basket-hilt engraved with a horned beast and a blade with two fullers running almost the length of the point.
This replica features an easy-care stainless steel basket and a carbon steel blade. The handle is made of genuine ray skin with wire wrapping, and the bowl is lined with fabric-covered leather.
