The Mercenary Sword is a particularly impressive 15th century style sword. Designed by Paul Chen and manufactured in-house by Hanwei, it features a triple-folded blade. An S-shaped steel crossguard and authentic pommel complete this beautiful and impressive sword.



Paul Chen's swords are made exactly as they have been for centuries, with the only difference being that today the blades are forged from high-grade carbon steel. The finishing of the blades was also based on what the medieval swordsmith was capable of achieving. The handles are made from leather-wrapped hardwood, with steel or brass fittings. These swords will delight those reenactors who value authenticity.
