Early Medieval Tinker Sword with Combat Blade
Discover the early medieval Tinker sword , crafted for authenticity, functionality, and high performance . Crafted from 5160 steel and developed by renowned swordsmith Michael 'Tinker' Pearce , this sword is ideal for Western martial artists seeking a sturdy, balanced blade.
The blade of this sword undergoes careful heat treatment in a hot bath (marquenching) , which guarantees an excellent combination of strength and flexibility , reaching a Rockwell hardness of 50-52 HRC . This improves edge strength in sharpened versions and prevents burrs in dull models, while also ensuring great flexibility for greater safety .
Tinker's special mounting system, featuring hex nuts, allows for easy blade changes using an Allen wrench, while keeping the handle securely in place. This sword is detachable, making it easy to maintain and customize.
