One-handed medieval sword for show combat, Category-B

This fully battle-ready replica of a High Medieval discus pommel sword from Ulfberth® is exclusively handmade. The proportions and dimensions are perfectly coordinated, ensuring the sword fits very well in the hand and is excellently balanced.

The hand-forged blade of 55Si7 (EN45) spring steel is oil-hardened and tempered to approximately 48–50 HRC. It is forged down to the handle and riveted to the end of the disc pommel. The wooden handle is covered with leather and framed by two grip rings. The straight guard is forged from steel. The blade has a pronounced groove, giving the sword great elasticity yet lightness. The tip of the blade and the cutting edges are blunt and rounded.
The sword comes with a matching cowhide sheath.
