This fully battle-ready replica of a high medieval disc-pommel sword from ulfberth® is exclusively hand-made. The proportions and dimensions are very well coordinated and the sword therefore lies very well in the hand and is excellently balanced.

The hand-forged blade made of 55si7 (en45) spring steel is oil-hardened and tempered to approx. 48-50 hrc. It is forged all the way to the handle and riveted to the end of the disc pommel. The wooden handle is covered with leather and framed by two grip rings. The straight guard is forged from steel. The blade has a pronounced groove, which gives the sword great elasticity and at the same time lightness. The tip of the blade and the cutting edges are blunt and rounded.

The sword comes with a matching cowhide scabbard.
