Replica of an ancient Greek hoplite sword. The sword has an unsharpened blade made of spring steel. In the centre of the blade there is a pronounced central bulge, typical of ancient edged weapons of this type.

The entire beautiful handle section is solidly cast in brass and polished. The sword comes with a leather covered wooden scabbard with mouth plate and brass fittings. It is decorated with lion heads on both sides.
