There is evidence to suggest that, after a period of great turmoil, England experienced a brief period of peace and prosperity, now known as the Middle Ages. This sword is of a type common during this era and one that a hardened warrior would prefer. The blade is made of hardened, well-balanced carbon steel, offset with antiqued brass fittings.
