Enjoy Sword of Lanzarote

Lancelot's sword

Sir Lancelot du Lac was one of the Knights of the Round Table in Arthurian legend. He is usually King Arthur's best companion, the Lord of Joyous Gard, and the greatest swordsman and knight of his time. Knighted by King Arthur, Sir Lancelot became one of the most legendary celebrities of the Round Table. Queen Guinevere was his lady when he took his knightly vows. Continuing his chivalrous adventures in the conquest of the castle of Woeful Gard, Lancelot betrayed his origins as Lancelot du Lac, son of the brave and generous King Ban Benoic, who had fought faithfully alongside King Arthur and lost his kingdom. He sent his son Lancelot, accompanied by the Lady of the Lake, to be knighted in King Arthur's court. His affair with Queen Guinevere caused him to fight all the Knights of the Round Table who wanted to save their lord's honor. After defeating them one by one, Lancelot admitted his disloyalty to the king and went to a monastery to repent and atone for his misdeed. Before dying, the Lady of the Lake came to help him, and they both disappeared forever into the lake, living up to his name, Lancelot of the Lake.
