The wizard Stregobor attempted to hire Geralt to kill Renfri because he believed she was under the curse of the Black Sun and therefore posed a danger to the entire continent.

Renfri, in turn, sought revenge against Stregobor because his actions forced her to abandon her old life. She gathered a band of thieves around her and planned to blackmail the wizard with a bloodbath among the villagers of Blaviken and thus lure him out of his tower.

When Geralt attempted to dissuade Renfri and his entourage from their plan, a fight broke out between them, from which Geralt emerged as the sole survivor. He took Renfri’s brooch and placed it on his sword as a reminder not to interfere in people’s conflicts. As a result of these events, Geralt became known as the “Butcher of Blaviken” .




The fuller part of this magnificent blade made of 420 carbon steel is decorated with gold lettering on both sides. At the end of the blade, the aforementioned decorative element smiles at you, which merges with the guard and is made of die-cast zinc. Above it is the approximately 15 cm long handle decorated with a diamond pattern. The set is completed by a decorated butt pommel, also made of die-cast zinc. When resting in its synthetic leather-covered scabbard, this sword measures approximately 117.5 cm in length overall and weighs approximately 1.75 kg.
